At Cece Jewellery, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces; if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made and engraved jewelry are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original branded velvet box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
